I highly recommend this company. I had never had my chimney inspected or cleaned. Trevor came out on time and explained everything as he inspected and cleaned my chimney.The professionalism that he showed was top notch. I would trust them to do the same work even if I hadn’t been there for the whole process. I also thought that the rate was reasonable.
Called in the morning about my chimney liner collapsing on itself causing the exhaust to enter my basement, talked with the Owner and he is a top notch guy. He gave me a quote that fit my budget and stuck with it even tho some of the more cost efficient materials he quoted weren't available as he planned he upgraded them for the same quote. Also on top of the honesty and transparency of his pricing he and his brother in law came after hours and installed the liner at 7pm the same day! I can not recommend these 2 hard working guys enough. Top notch all the way!
Excellent communication and very professional. Cleaned up after every day's work and made sure to give notice of when they would be coming. Chimney looks great and they went above and beyond to rectify any issues that arose during their work. Also used them for an Enviro E44 gas fire place insert and am very happy. We will definitely be using them again should the need arise.
